Website privacy · Updated October 10, 2026

Privacy, plainly.

This notice covers the Creators United public website and inquiries sent to our contact email.

When you visit

This website does not include analytics, advertising trackers, account registration or a contact form that stores your information. It does not set application cookies or use browser storage.

The hosting provider may process standard request information, such as your IP address, browser details and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the website. Infrastructure may use security mechanisms independently of this website’s code.

When you get in touch

Contact links open your email application. A message is sent only when you choose to send it. We receive the information you include, such as your email address, name and inquiry, through our email provider and use it to respond and discuss our services or software.

Please avoid sending passwords, private account access, sensitive payout details or other information that is not needed for an initial conversation.

Software and agency work

This public website does not provide access to the internal agency software or publish private creator records. Any future public software offering will need its own terms and privacy information before registration becomes available. Client or creator service arrangements may have additional information relevant to that work.

Your questions

For questions about information you have shared, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact mitchell@creatorsunitedagency.com. We will review your request and explain any information we need to keep for service, security or legal reasons.
